Poem for the Summer Solstice 21 June 1999

At Midsummer,
When day reigns over night,
The Sun God has known complete love,
With the Goddess of Light,
Fulfilled he descends,
The long dark lane,
Leaving the outer world,
Where he will wane,
As God of night to be re-born,
To once more bring forth,
A brand New Dawn!

Poem for the Eclipse, 11th August 1999

As the Moon Goddess,
Embraces the Sun God,
Day becomes night,
Together in complete love,
High above the earth,
Blessed is their union,
Which heralds re-birth,
They emerge re-born,
As the Sun God reigns bright,
Granting our hopes for the future,
In His now re-newed light.

Poem for the Autumn Equinox, 23rd September 1999

As the Sun's power wanes,
Evidence of His visit remain,
In the harvest both physical and meta-physical,
We give thanks for his blessing,
Bringing fertility to the Goddess,
So we may reap our harvest,
And as He returns to inner realms,
We praise the seeds he has sown,
For every end is followed by a beginning,
Thus all must journey through the realm of winter,
Until spring returns once more,
For the circle of life is unbroken,
We give praise to the waning Sun,
The harvest shall sustain,
Until Spring returns again

Poem for Samhain, Sunday 31 October 1999

At Samhain we remember,
All those who've gone before,
For now between the two worlds,
There is no more a door,
The souls from the past,
Are invited over,
From their sleeping halls,
So we may make a better future,
In our own realm, one and all.

Hope!

In magic realms,
There exists a truth,
We forever searching,
In realms above,
Looking for this truth perfect,
Our mortal lives to reflect,
Upon the past,
We must let go,
To be re-born in the present,
The here and now,
Our journey through life,
Is all but a dream,
A blink of an eye,
In the great cosmic scheme,
In outer realms,
The search for perfection,
We will never find,
It's only a figment,
In our mind,
This is the truth,
We must all realise,
Until we reach inner realms,
Where pure love and truth abide,
So seek not dear traveller,
Through time and space,
Accept what has been given,
With good grace,
For life is a cycle of re-birth,
Only hope exists,
In our lives on earth.

New Moon, Sunday 12 May 2002

The New Moon refreshes,
Venus and Mars by her side,
Turning the tide,
To fulfill wishes,
Long overdue,
Blessing the union of Love and Strength,
Giving these gifts to us all,
May we all use them wisely,
In whatever we wish for,
A time for inner cleansing,
To make a positive change,
Dreams can come true,
If we let them,
Just by believing ,
That's all we need to do.

As the wheel again turns,
Midwinter's Day is here once more,
I give thanks to the return of the Oak King,
I give praise to the Holly King as he rests,
I honour the Earth Mother,
And our sister the Moon Goddess,
And all those who came before,
Brightest Blessings to you all.

Transit of Venus, Tuesday, 8th June, 2004

You have waited so long,
My Lady Venus,
To feel the warm embrace,
Of the Great Lord Sun,
May we all be honoured,
To witness your visual splendour,
As you glow in His radient passion,
Engulfed in love and adour,
Bringing hope and love to everyone.

May we all remember,
With joy and love in our hearts,
How on this special day,
Love and energy were one,
In a cosmic nuptial dance,
We will celebrate with joy,
At this wonderful event,
The message of unity and love is clear,
Recieved on this troubled earth,
With great intent.

Dearest Lord Sun and Lady Venus,
Please spread your love and joy,
To all the peoples here,
For over a century,
We have waited,
For a sign that is so clear,
I hope one day the hardest heart,
Will thaw to find,
Love replacing hatred,
And peace amongst all mankind.

As Winter wanes,
Time to think again,
About the coming Spring,
Sweep away the debris,
From without and within,
First stirrings of life,
From deep in the Earth,
Ewes will be lambing,
Give thanks for re-birth,
Mother Earth is awakening,
From where she does lay,
The cycle of change,
Is now underway
